Tender for Patch Repair Work Of Odr Mdr Roads In F.Y.2024.25 In Dist-Rampur - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densitycomplete as per MORTH IInd Revision 2019. Specification Clause 404. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 usingpressure distributor @ 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 3 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushedaggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50%by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 4 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plantusing crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40%of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507complete in all respects. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer/Bituminous surface as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. 7 Providing and layingType C seal coat by manual means with VG-10 sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per Technical Specification Clause 510( By Manual Means) 8 Supplying & laying of Empty cement bags filled with local sand. (Misc. SI. No. 01 New Item) 9 Providing a JCB Machine with POL & driver etc proper completion of the work as per Engineer-in-Charge.
