Compete dismantling of M/s ABB make 132KV air pneumatic circuit breaker with mounted frame, structure and all 03 poles along with M/s ELGI make air compressors installed for 132KV Interconnector bay (220KV Sirathu) at 132KV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi by using hydraulic crane at site including all cost of material, T&P and labor. This work also include opening of old cable connection from existing CB with proper tracing from C&R panel of concern bay up to completion of work satisfactorily.

Proper & safe opening of all 06nos jumper connected from 132KV CB from BSI to CB & CB to CT with all cost of men & T&P material as per requirement. Proper & safe connection of all 06 nos. jumper from 132KV CB from 132KV BSI to CB & CB to CT with all cost of men & T&P material as per requirement.

Fabrication of base structure suitable for 132KV spring charge SF-6 circuit breaker on old foundation by using channel type base with hole matching unit base hole in breaker structure by using lath machine as per site requirement. (All cost of material, T&P and labor will be provided by contractor on their own cost)

Proper, safe & complete erection of M/s Siemens make 132KV spring charge based circuit breaker on fabricated structure with all 03 nos. poles & entire CB mechanism by using hydraulic crane on 132KV Interconnector bay at 132KV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi.

Proper and safe cable termination on M/s Siemens make 132KV spring charge based circuit breaker for smooth protection of 132KV Interconnector bay at 132KV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi including proper ferruling with required T&P for completion of work as per drawing. This job includes making necessary required supply and fixing of Ferule of appropriate size and no. respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Contractor will arrange all required farruls, labor, lug, cable gland and T&P at his own cost.

Proper & safe double side earthling of circuit breaker by using 50x6 sq.mm. MS flat along by using proper wielding and connecting MS round bar by digging ground. This work also include two coat painting by red oxide primer and then by two coat of green Asian paint. (Supply of 50x6sqmm MS flat will provided by contractor.)

Dismantling of old & defective isolators of 132 KV Line isolatorand bus isolator of 132 KV Manauri bay(M/S Havellum make) required at 132 KV S/S Sirathu. This work also includes opening of all jumper/insulators/mechanism box & earthing etc and cutting of wielding by gas cutter and safe shifting of all dismantled material at substation store.

Modification of old structure base to suit M/s RAMA make isolators by using fabricated channel with the help of gas cutter\lath machine having suitable gauge and fixing of mechanism box on fabricated channel/base.

Erection of M/s RAMA make isolators on modified base structure of 132 KV Line isolatorand bus isolator of 132 KV Manauri bayat 132KV S/ Sirathu, Kaushambi. This work also includes shifting of material from store to working site, mounting of post insulator as required on structure, opening & connection of rod, jaw, arm assembly up to proper synchronization of male & female arm including earthing work as per requirement up to completion of job satisfactorily.
