Year of manufacturing of vehicle should not be earlier than 2016 and must be in good operating condition (Proof of the Invoice <(>&<)> insurance related documents must be submitted in the Un-Price bid. 3. Diesel and other charges such as tolls, OT charges, parking charges if any are there are given at actuals. 4. Vehicle should have all necessary safety indicators like horns and lights. 5. Driver should have valid driver’s license. 6. Driver must always carry the registration and insurance documents along with the vehicle. 7. Inside the plant, the Vehicle should move below the speed of 20KMPH. 8. Vehicle required to operate on call basis between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm based on the requirement briefed by the Engineer In charge for a period of 01 week to 4 weeks in a month. 9. On need basis vehicle should travel to the vendor / Transport goo down for picking up the material (It will be maximum 35 KM form plant premises) 10. Vehicle is required for material movement from stores to sites, in and out (Stock Pile) of plant premises also. 11. All PPEs including safety shoes, safety helmet, safety goggles, dust masks and ear plugs of driver in Vendor scope 12. The operator medically fit and Eye test report should have submitted every 6 months. 13. Log sheet had to be prepared on daily basis as per our format giving details of work done and location and is to be certified by our engineer in charge. 14. Insurance of men and machinery is in the scope of the Vendor 15. Alternate vehicle has to be arranged within 4 hours in case of breakdown. 16. The Vehicle should be fit with proper braking, lighting; horn system etc From SAFETY point of view and also the Equipment should comply with our HSE policy requirement. The operator should have Eye test done by the Approved Agency and shall be submitted. 17. HSD charges will be in contractor’s scope. 18. Maintenance of the equipment( such as repairs, insurance , pollution check) is in Contractor scope. We shall not guarantee no minimum payment for equipment is being deployed @ site. 19.
