King Pins , Bushes to be fitted after proper machining on lathe , 2nos bearing , cotter set etc and refitting back . The job includes cost of skilled labour charges . |
| 4 | Repair works required to be carried out to the transmission system by way of disassembling of complete universal join crosses , propeller shaft and cleaning of parts by using k-oil and dothi cloth, removing of worn out parts , P/F of 2 nos U/J crosses , centre bearing with coupling 1no. universal bolts ( 12 nos.) and refitting back. The job includes cost of skilled labour charges . the job further includes p/f of tie rod ends 4 no. |
| 5 | Complete checking and repairs to be carried out to the suspension system of vehicle by way ofdismounting the two front wheel leaf springs and two rear wheel leaf springs assemblies and then disassembling the both two no front wheel leaf springs and retensioning of all the leaves including master leaf by hammering to appropriate curvature/ camber . the job includes providing and fitting of 4 nos. pins, 4 nos. bushes, 8 no. plate washers , 2 no. center bolts , 4 no. U- clamps to front wheel leaf springs alongwith replacement of 4 th leaf of left front wheel leaf spring . the job includes retensioning of both rear wheel leaf spring along with master leaf by hammering to appropriate curvature/ camber and P/F of 4 no. bushes , 4 no. pins, 2 no centre bolts , 8 no. washers , 4 no. U- clamps with nuts and bolts , 2 no. auxiliaryleaf spring along with replacement of 1 no. 6 th leaf of right rear leaf spring. The job also includes reassembling and remounting of all the four leaf springs on Vehicle. The job includes skilled labour charges. |
| 6 | Repairs to becarried out to 7000 ltrs M.S. Tank by way of complete welding / patching at leakage portions inside by using M.S sheet strips and arc welding and welding inside of tank at all leakage spots . The job includes checking of U- Bolts, removing of damaged one and providing and fitting of 4 no. U-Bolts along with nuts and tightening of all bolts with vehicle frame . the job also includes water distribution sitting frame by way of P/F of 50 mm dia. Nipple 15 “ long – 1 no , 50 mm dia. Socket- 1 no , 50 mm dia . gate valve – 1no., 50 mm dia . Bend – 1 no. properly fitted with tank. the job also includes fabrication of rear sitting frame 1’-6” x 6’ of size using 50 x 50 x 5 mm angle iron duly welded with arc welding and fitted with Kiker planks of 50 mm thick fitted with nuts and bolts of proper size and P/F of 50 mm dia. Gate Valve. |
| 7 | Repairs required to be carried out to rear mud guard by way of patching and welding properly to cracked spots by using M.S sheets. The job includes providing and fitting front mud guards- 2 nos fabricated out ofM.S Sheet metal of gauge 16 along with brackets including welding etc.. , and P/F mud flaps – 1 set with bolts etc. |
| 8 | Complete repairs to be carried out to cabin seats , driver seat , back seat etc. by way of removing of old damaged seat covers and then P/F curtains and new seat covers in superior foam cloth with 50 mm thick foam packing to all seats and properly stitched and fitting back. |
| 9 | Complete servicing , washing , greasing of vehicle to be carried out by way of removing of all the dirt & dust and other greasy dots and particles from the vehicle by HSD washing |
| 10 | Complete painting of vehicle cabin , show , 7000 ltr. Capacity water tank both inside as well as outside and chassis frame by way of scratching of old paint by using blue stove and sand papers and then using deco putty and body soldering after that one coat of premier paint and then Appling of enamel paint to chassis frame and water tank and two coats of computerized mixed paint to driver cabin , show etc. . the job includes letter writing to vehicle both sides and registration plates etc. the job further includes the painting of inside tank by applying one coat of steel primer paint then two coats of (white colour paint ) inside tank (manually) |
| 11 | M-oil change to be carried out to engine by way of draining out old oil , removing of all filters , cleaning of filter bowls/brackets and sump and then providing and filling of engine oil – 16 ltrs. (Castrol CRB/ shell/ Valvoline make ) and providing and fitting of 2 nos. diesel filters , 1 no. bypass filter , M- oil filter – 1 no. , air filter 1 no. with inner cartridge filter . the job further includes replacement of gear oil – 6 ltrs. , differential oil – 11 ltrs |
