    Construction Of Mcf Near Palathingal Bridge, Tirurangadi Supply And Installation Of 3 Nos Refurbished Container Mcf Inside Tirurangadi Municipality Area , Procurement Of Refurbished Container Mcf , Supply Of Refurbished Standard Shipping Container: 1. Make Of Container: High Corrosion Resistant Corrugated Steel Sheets 2. Minimum Thickness Of Sheet: 1.6Mm To 2Mm 3. Size Of Container: Length – 20 Feet, Width – 7 To 8 Feet, Height – 7 To 8 Feet 4. Door With Locking System To Be Provided At One End Of Container 5. Ventilation Covered With Wire Mesh Net (3Mm Diameter At C/C 1 Inch Gap) And An Exterior Metal Sunshade To Be Provide At 2 Longer Sides Of Container 6. Painting: Whole Container To Be Painted With Marine Quality Paint (Inside And Outside), Primary Colour And Design Could Be Finalized After Discussion With Officials 7. Tare Weight: 2.3 Ton To 2.5 Ton 8. Bottom Floor Lining Should Be Provided With Chequered Marine Grade Plywood Of Minimum 12Mm Thick 9. Hooks To Be Provided For The Transportation Of The Containers: 4 Nos 10. The Container Should Be Placed On A Metal Platform Of Height 60Cm And Should Be Provided With A Ramp Of Slope 1 In 12 At The Opening Side Of Door 11. The Bidder Should Carry Out Comprehensive Maintenance Of The Container For 3 Years After A Warranty Period Of 1 Year Without Any Additional Cost 12. Material Test Certificate Should Be Obtained From Govt Labs / Nabl Accredited Labs 13. The Selected Bidder Should Transport And Place The Container Within 30 Days From The Award Date Of Bid At The Sites Within The Municipality Area Without Any Extra Cost 14. The Rate Should Be Quoted Inclusive Of Taxes
