Dimensions: Outer Dimension 2.50M X 1.7M X 2.1M 2. Mesh: O 6Mm Dia Ms Rods For Vertical And Horizontal Nets @ 80 Cm C/C, Coated With Yellow Paint. 3. Frame: O Steelwork For Purlin/Single Section Made With Gi Pipes In Built-Up Tubular Structures (Square Or Rectangular Hollow Tubes, Etc.), Including Cutting, Hoisting, Fixing In Position, And Applying A Priming Coat Of Approved Steel Primer. This Includes Welding And Bolting With Specially Shaped Washers, As Detailed Below: A. Main Frame Structures: 50 X 25 X 2.60 Mm Rectangular Hollow Sections. B. Roof Portion: 25 X 25 X 2.60 Mm Square Hollow Sections. C. Door Frame: 40 X 25 X 2.60Mm Rectangular Hollow Sections. 4. Roof: Galvanized Iron Profile Sheets With A 0.5Mm Total Coated Thickness And Double-Sided Zinc Coating With Ridge, Green In Colour. 5. Lock And Locking Arrangements: Lock And Key Arrangements Need To Be Provided On Both Doors With 200Mm Aluminium Aldrop. 6. Name Board: O Size: 80Cm X 40Cm. O The Board Should Be Green With White Letters Displaying The Municipality Name (Final Wordings To Be Discussed With The Ulb). 7. Doors: O Doors Should Be Provided On Both Short Sides With A Clear Opening Of 100Cm. O Each Door Should Include A Lock And Keys. 8. Finishes: O All Mainframes Should Be Finished With A Primer And A Double Coat Of Epoxy Paint In Yellow Finish. O All Door Frames Should Be Finished With A Primer And A Double Coat Of Epoxy Paint Of A Green Finish.
