Tender For Construction Of Dg Foundation At Substation 2=> Limited; 1 Earth work excavation by manual means for drains, canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of Buildings & bridges and suchsimillar works in all kinds of soils, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost oflabour, tools & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. 2 In all kinds of soils Depth upto 1.5 m 3 Depth exceeding 1.5m, but not exceeding 3 m 4 Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables and similar works in all kinds of soil where excavation width is upto 600 mm for depth exceeding 1.5 m,but not exceeding 3 m. 5 Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables and similar works in all kinds of soil where excavation width is upto 600 mm for depth exceeding 3.0 m, but not exceeding 4.5 m. 6 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m. 7 Shifting of surplus excavated earth, which includes earth excavated from foundations and general excavation and conveying within the campus premises as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Measurement will be on the nett quantities after deducting for voids.(Truck/trailer measurement less 25% voids). 8 Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, well compacted using plate vibrators,including formwork for all length and height and all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.Mix 1:4:8 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates 9 Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all works.The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, and including cost of pumping of concrete through pipeline/boom placer, including formwork of full rigid type MS shuttering with jack and prop support for all length and height and all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes,labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 10 a.Foundation (for all lengths and depths)M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates 11 b.Pedastal/Column (for all lengths and depths)M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates 12 Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification 13 Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications. 14 Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 15 Drilling with core cutting machine in RCC slabs/Beams, floors etc., for Laying pipes and rendering the same in RCC 1:2:4, finishing the same to the satisfaction of the owner or his authorized representative etc., including nominal reinforcement wherever required complete. The quoted rate shall also include for providing EPOXY based water proofing compound for sealing the joints around the pipes. 16 a) For 75mm dia 17 b) For 110mm dia 18 c) For 150mm dia 19 Providing and fixing PVC/GI sleeves in form work in foundation concrete . PVC sleeves cut to size are to be tied with GI wires to reinforcement.Upto 100 mm dia to 150 mm dia. 20 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277,in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws ofsize (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussesand including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 21 Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
