Code with latest amendment, guidelines, specification and requirement of the authorities owning the railway track, submission of design report and drawing obtaining permission on behalf of the PHE Dte. across the railway track between Seharabazar (SRBZ) and Kaiyar (KYB) Station & connecting with existing 160mm dia HDPE distribution main line of AMILA Water Supply Scheme of Khandaghosh Block under Burdwan Division, P.H.E. Survey, planning, design of pipe crossing system by adopting trenchless technologies (e.g. Jack Pushing Method etc.) for crossing Railway, National Highway or any other important road of heavy vehicular traffic as per relevant I.S. Code with latest amendment, guidelines, specification and requirement of the authorities owning the railway track / roads, submission of design report and drawing (both hard copy and soft copy), obtaining permission on behalf of the PHE Dte. from the concerned authority including payment of registration fees and other charges (License fees / Way leave charges if any will be reimbursed by the PHE Dte.) Supply, delivery, laying and pushing of outer most MS casing pipe through any sort of soil mass under Railway / National Highway / any other important road of heavy vehicular traffic by adopting trenchless technolologies (e.g. Jack Pushing method etc.) including costruct on the RCC driving pit, reception pit, thrust wall, base slab of sufficient area of minimum 200 mm thick to handle cutting shield, casing pipe including excavation in any kind of soil including moorum, laterite, sand stone, hard rock, bailing / pumping out any type of water, necessary shutting, staging, scaffolding, making necessary barricading fixing of caution boards, flags, lighting arrangement during night, including laying & pushing VS spirally welded casing pipe of 610 mm dia. (OD) (10 mm. thk.) (Grade Fe-410) (including cost of casing pipe) (outermost pipe) including derusting, brushing and cleaning the inside and outside surface of M.S. casing pipe providng two coats black japan paint with primer at outside & inside of casing pipe proding rubber mat between casing pipe and carrier pipe including making arrangment for electric power or diesel generator for the work including necessary accessories etc. back filling, sand filling, removal of surplus earth / spoils and any other item of work as may be required or directed all complete as per design and approved drawing. Scope of Work, conditions of contract with cost of labour, carrier pipe materials (as pecified above) all complete. (This item includes cost of 610 mm dia. (10 mm. thk.) Fe-410 Grade MS pipe but excludes cost of inner / carrier pipe). Rateincludes all taxes & charges except charges like way leave permission charge, land occupied chargesetc. which are to be paid directly by the PHED.
