    Repairs To Tools And Equipments By Way Of Rewinding Of 12.5Hp Submersible Motor.-Bore well /Tube well submercible MotorsDecoupling of damaged 12.5 HP 3-phase 2900 rpm submersible motor from the pump. Shifting of same from store premises to workshop in a private load carrier to be arranged by the firm involved and repairs to damaged motor by way of Complete dismantling of the motor by way of opening all nuts, bolts, cover plates etc. and extracting damaged/burnt out winding from all stator slots by using special tools and skilled manpower. After extraction of the windings from the stator the same shall be rewound by using PVC insulated Cu-wire of proper gauge and specification as per sample and inserted back in the stator slots of the motor as per actual pitch and turns. The Job includes insulation by proper insulating material viz letharide sheet, cotton tape etc. The job also includes assembling back of rotor, stator, cover plates, all nuts and bolts of the motor. The repaired motor shall then be shifted back to store from workshop in a private load carrier to be arranged by the firm involved, the motor shall be re coupled with the pump. Testing of the same is also included.Note: The old copper scrap shall be retained by the firm.
