Tender For Special Repairs To Ci Pipe Line In Nora Area At Kattabomman Under Ge Tirunelveli.; 1 Supply and laying pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” 250 mm (10) dia in trenches complete all as specified and directed. 2 Supply and laying pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” 200 mm (8) dia in trenches complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and laying pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” 150 mm (6) dia in trenches complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 250 mm (10”) dia after removing the UNSV Valves complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 200 mm (8”) dia after removing the UNSV Valves complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 150 mm (6”) dia after removing the UNSV Valves complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN, 100 mm (4”) dia after removing the UNSV Valves complete all as specified and directed. 8 Cutting CI pipes 250 mm and reducing to required length before laying complete all as directed. 9 Cutting CI pipes 200 mm and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees,branches, etc, complete all as directed. 10 Cutting CI pipes 150 mm and reducing to required length before laying position for insertion of new tees,branches, etc,complete all as directed. 11 Material and labour for construction of block masonary valve pit size 1.2 X 1.2 X 1.2 m complete with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 solid block walling 20cm thick set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangment etc., including dismantling old existing damaged valve pit complete all as specified and directed.Note: Quoted rate is inclusive of earthwork, excavation, returning, filling and removal of earth for the construction of valve chamber. 12 Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for erecting of steel tubular swaged pole etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 13 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 14 Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points in soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Taking down old UNSV Cast Ironwater mains for 150mm (6) dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering leadcomplete all as specified and directed. 16 Taking down old UNSV Cast Ironwater mains for 200mm (8) dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering leadcomplete all as specified and directed. 17 Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing byand necessary machine complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&Lfor Cast iron round shaped UG PIPE LINE route indicator of size 200 mm dia 10mm thick with letters embossed and fixed with 1050 mm long MS angle iron 25 x 25x 5mm including connected earth work and excavation as in post holes in any type of soil providing PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 660 x300x250 mm (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) to hold the angle iron (by putting the split end of angle iron in to the concrete ) up to ground level and painting the exposed iron surface with blue in colour over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed . 19 Supply and fix in replacement of pressure gauge dial type with spigot assembly including necessary arrangement and welding cutting all as per directed. 20 Supply and fix non return valve PN-1.6 IS 5312 Part-1 200 mm dia both ends flanged heavy duty including packing materials, nut bolts washer etc and testing complete including taking out of old U/S non return valve complete all as specified and directed.
