    Tender For Yearly Routines Of Both Fuel Oil Purifiers To Be Carried Out As Per Maintenance Schedule (Make-M/S Gea Westfalia, Model-Ose 10-91-067 Design 7).; 1 Yearly routine of both FOP as per RFP. 2 E-583:Yearly routines of both Fuel oil purifiers to be carried out as per maintenance schedule (Make-M/s GEA Westfalia, Model-OSE 10-91-067 DESIGN 7).Routines description are as follows:(a) Overhaul the bowl(b) Disassemble bowl and centripetal pump.(c) Clean the bowl and centripetal pump parts and check for corrosion and erosion.(d) Clean all holes, nozzles and chambers of the hydraulic system.(e) The cones of bow and spindle must be dry and clean before fitting.(f)Replace gaskets if necessary. Change polyamide gasket 100 only when it is damaged.(g)Check the motor. Re-lubricate the motor bearings.(h)Change oil and thoroughly clean the drive chamber.(j)Clean the strainer and pipe in the operating liquid feed system on the self-cleaning separator.(k)Clean the holes in the non-return valve in the water feed and rinse with water. Check the functionality of the non-return valve in the water feed.(l) Check all pressure gauges for damaged, display and functionality.(m) Clean the sight glasses in the frame for observing drive belt.(n)Check the hoses and hose pipes. Replace if necessary.(p)Carefully clean the water detector with a soft cloth and use diesel oil if necessary.(q)Clean the filter in the suction line of the product feed pump.(r) Replace gasket and retainer ring.(s) Replace drive belt.(t) Replace spindle roller bearing.(u)Replace vibrator observer.(v) Check grooved ball bearing of centrifugal clutch and replace, if necessary.(w)Check thickness of clutch shoes and replace if necessary.(x) Check the ball height.(y) Check the spindle speed.(z) Check the starting time.
