The repair process begins with disassembling the suspension, steering linkages, and removing the steering knuckle. The worn king pin and bushings are then extracted using specialized tools. New King pins LHS and RHS are installed, lubricated, and sealed to reduce wear. The steering knuckle and suspension components are reassembled, followed by reconnecting the steering linkage.
