Annual Maintenance Works At Bio Methonisation Plant At Alagapuri Street-- 1 i) Annual maintanence for shredder machine as follows maintanence of 1no 3Hp motor cutter changing, outer cutter changing, motor bearing, motor winding work including cost of all labour charges for dismantaling the motor, cutter from assembly and fixing in the position and including cost of conveyance of all materials and transportation charges etc.complete as directed by the department officer.ii) Annual maintanence of feed pump motors as follows 5Hp motors-2nos,oil and oilseal changing, and motorwinding, excluding cost of bearings if in changing condition, including all labour charges for dismantling from assembly and refixing in position after maintanence, including cost & conveyance of all materials and transportation charges etc.complete as directed by the department officer.iii) Annual maintanence of gearbox motor and gearbox as follows 3Hp motor – 1no, oilchange (excluding cost of rewinding,bearing charges) including all labour charges & cost of materials,transportation charges.iv) Annual maintanence of gate valve 6nos including cost of materials involved and all labour charges,transportation charges etc. complete as directed by the department officer.v) Annual maintanence in Balloon and digester tank as follows small patch works,FRP works, Gas pipe line works including cost of all materials and labour charges involved in the above said work etc. complete as directed by the department officer. vi) Annual maintanence work of Genset –KVA as follows attending all minor repairs and changing oil in periodical manner (excluding cost of all major repair and spare parts and labour charges,transportation charges) including cost of oil and labour charges. vii) Annual maintanence work of Blower motor as follows servicing of scrubber,filter unit and motor servicing including all labour charges, cost of materials involved etc. complete as directed by the department officers. 2 GST 18%
