Tender For Safety work of the approach part of the bridge (4X30 meter span) constructed on Gurra river (Pachaldi/Pidra Ghat) located at km 8 of Rudrapur Naranpur Nagawa road, 1 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 2 Dismantling of existing damaged expansion joints and replacing the same with compression seal expansion joints as per IRC SP 69.2005 & manufactured by MORT&H approved manufacturer with necessary fixture including recasting of dismantled portion of concrete with M-35 grade after incorporating suiteble bonding agent between old and new concrete complete including supply , design , drawing material labour and T&P etc. all complete for proper completion of work as per MORT&H specification 3 Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint eatering to maxiamum horizontal movement upto 70mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturers instructions for installation. 4 Construction of toe walls for protecction of slopes as per drawing and technical spesification MoRTH 2504.4 sr no 16.07 5 Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. 6 Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification Ref. to MoRTH Spec. 2504 Sr No 16.5 7 Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications MoRTH Spec. 2504 Sr No 16.5 (Only Labour Cost) 8 Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications MoRTH Spec. 2504 Sr No 16.5 9 Repair of steel railling to bring it to the original shape 10 Cleaning old iron work all materials labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. No. 661 angle iron work 11 Apply priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes ,fine steel /wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. 12 Painting two coat over priming coat(but excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel snd other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard make brushing to give an even shade and finish and includjng cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stripping including cost of all materials ,labour ,T&P etc required for the proper complition of the work. 13 Distemper two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand manufacture and required shade on decoreted wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of british, shalimar, asian paints after throughly brushing surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even also sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials.SoR S.No. 649+650 14 Providing and erecting a thriemetal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 2 m height with 1.15 m below ground level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvannised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a space of a space of channel section 150x75x5mm, 546mm long complite as per clause 810
