Providing & Fixing of KCS Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with 15mm thick Sierra OP Tegular 15/90 Edge Tiles with KCS Suprafine 15mm face exposed grid.The tiles shall have smooth laminated visual with Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.85 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 25db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥86% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity λ = 0.040 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of class A2-s1, d0 according to EN 13501-1 with 15mm Tegular 15/90˚ edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. The scrim on the face of the tile shall be cleanable and classified as ISO 14644-1 cleanroom class 5. It shall be suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 43% and VOC Emissions (French) class of A+. The tile shall have Environmental Product Declaration as per ISO 14025 and EN 15804+A2. Providing and Fixing Armstrong Channeled Woodworks perforated panels G-13/21 of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mmas required by the Architect/ approving engineer, made of a Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/M3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish (Portland Maple, Sea Beach, Siam Wood,) and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3mm width and 13mm/21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.60. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines (keel) using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge.INSTALLATION: Install wooden battens (provided by others) of section 50x50mm or as approved by the Architect on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre-to-centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled woodworks provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second wooden batten at an on-centre distance of 600mm. Install the Skirting (provided by others) of width 50mm or more as required by the Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge and insert the tongue end of the panel in the skirting. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the Al keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. “Providing and Laying 15mm thick Engineered Wooden Flooring Oak Radiant with plank width of 135/185mm and length of 1800/2100mm and top layer up to 3mm Oak Veneer. Surface of Top layer is prefinished with several layer of UV hardened Acrylic lacquer. Free from Formaldehyde and solvents. Flooring plank shall be interlocked using Plank Loc locking system in a glue less floating manner. Engineered wood planks shall be a composition of 3 layer of Pine wood with direction of each layer oriented at right angle to the adjacent layer of natural strain in Lacquer and Bevelled in length and width as specified by the manufacturer-in-charge.” Make In India Product”.
