Tender For Provision Of Security Wall Of Galla Bazar Area Under Ge(E) Prayagraj.; 1 Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil ccomplete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and massconcrete complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and erection of Pre-cast RCC boundary wall as per Drg No CELZ/ALD/WD/710/2023 dated 21.11.2023 Sheet 1(R)/3, 2/3 & 3/3 and CELZ/ALD/STR/710/2023 dated 24 Nov 2023Sheet 1/2 & 2/2 for 10 ton/sqm safe bearing capacity of soil complete all as shown in Drgs. 5 NOTE FOR ITEM NO 4 :-1. Earth work , PCC & Painting works shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items.2. Barbed wire & angle iron including grouting of angle iron post with PCC 1: 1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregateand fixing of accessories etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.3.The finishes, strength and other requirements of precast members shall be strictly conforming to relevant IS-15916.4. Contractor shall provide test certificate for each lot of every precast article viz, Panel, Column & foundation etc.5. Contractor shall essentially produce purchase voucher/Invoice for full quantity of precast articles consumed.6. Precast article shall be dispatched from factory only after factory inspection by the departmental representative and contractor/factory shall facilitate any testing, documents etc. if desired by the inspecting officer. Cost of wastage of material , if any for testing shall be borne by the contractor/factory.7. Contractor shall ensure engraving a Logo MES of approved size on central panel of each span of boundary wall.8. Contractor shall get approval the Name of factory within 15 days from the date of commencement and before placing the order in bulk from GE. 6 S & F PVC (SWR) pipes,75 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in wallor in floors complete all as specified and directed. 7 M& L for construction of 5.0 Mtr wide steel gate with brick pillar complete all as per Drg No TD/579 sheet 1/2 & 2/2inculding excavation in soft/loose soil , PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4,RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stome aggregate), plastering in CM 1:4, returning /filling , removal of soil, steel frame work & painting with primer etc complete all as shown in drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick concrete complete all as specified and directed. 9 Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point concrete complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L brick work with subclass B brickwork staight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM in1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping complete all asspecified and directed.
