Dismantling of GI pipes from 15mm to 40mm dia involves careful removal to prevent damage, adhering to safety protocols, and executing trench excavation and refilling according to standard practices. Post-dismantling, the pipes must be cleaned, stacked, and transported to sectional stores. Unserviceable materials are to be discarded following the engineer\"s guidelines. Accurate documentation of the pipes\" quantity and condition is crucial, and upon completion, the materials must be handed over to the sectional stores, ensuring a receipt is obtained to record the transaction.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes complying to IS, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing to ensure proper support and spacing of clamp to prevent sagging and stress on joints. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement (surface should be dry and clean before applying solvent for proper jointing, alsotesting of joints, . Conduct hydrostatic pressure test at 1.5 timesthe working pressure after installation to check for leaks and inspect joints and connections for proper bonding and alignment, all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing of PTMT float valves (40mm & 25mmdia) of OHT\"sat public and residential buildings, including opening/ closing of dummy plug of OHT\"s and repairas required, all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer. Note : Contracter should bring all consumable material, accessories, Float valve and its fitting and fixtures for the Repair work also Secure the float valve rigidly to avoid vibrations or oscillations.

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as welll as security condition at AMD. 2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause.
