Repair/servicing and maintenance of Air handling unit installed for air conditioning of emergency ward no 7 of GMCH by shutting the water supply to the unit and repair by way of dismounting of old damaged blower from blower assembly, replacement of damaged blower by providing and fitting of new blower in place of damaged blower in blower assembly and 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, and testing on full load. The job also includes replacementof damaged bearings of AHU motor (10 HP) as per sample along with rewinding of the burnt stator winding and replacement of V beltsand08 No’s Prefilters of size 24”x24”x2” in place of damaged ones. Then making the connections of the unit and taking trial on full load .The job includeslaying of drainage line from the AHU to the nearest main drain by Providing and fitting of PVC pipe 32 mm dia 40 ft ,8 elbows,8 sockets and joining adhesive etc. The job also includes replacement of 63 Ampere MCCB along with 25 mm dia 3.5 core damaged cable 18 metre. Complete job includes the cost of cost of material, taxes andlabour charges, transportation charges etc.
