    Tender For Provision Of 04 X Cemented Badminton Courts At Residential Complexes In Jalandhar Cantt; 1 Material Labour for Concrete Base.Court size:- 60 ft x 30 ft (playing area 44ft x 20ft) 6” height from outdoor ground level with PCC as per FIBA standard. (i) Ramming and stabilization of soil upto ground level. (ii) 50mm thick hard core using 63mm aggregate aboveground level. 1st layer. (iii) 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6. 2nd layer. (iv) 52mm thick PCC1:1:5. 3. Top layer. 2 Badminton Court Accessories.(i) Fixed Badminton pole antenna.(ii) Antenna made of fiber glass with red and white marking and synthetic tape for tightening in net.(iii) Net made of heavy synthetic cord with synthetic tape on all four sides. 3 Badminton Court Accessories.All weather Net made of heavy synthetic cord with synthetic tape on all four sides. 4 (i) Four 20 ft High Ground Level MS Medium Pipe electric poles excluding Square frame for light.(ii) Square frame of MS Pipe installed on top of the poles. Step Each Poles for maintenance.(iii) 2.5 mm to 4 mm 2 core wires from top of the poles to the bottom of each LED Light (150MM).(iv) Power Cable 16 Sq mm 2 Core for main MCB to Power line (150m).(v) MCB (6*16A,1*32A) Conforming National Standard and other electrical switches for LED Lights on each pole (2 LED per pole). One main Junction Box to house all MCB in an electric Box.(vi) Installing of 12 LED Light 100 Watts (two on each poles)Other Tech Aspects:- (aa) Antiglare Function. (ab) Water of at least IP 65 Std. (ac) High light Uniformity of 0.5 to 0.10. 5 Marking of Badminton Court.
