Tender For Construction Of Recharge Shaft; 1 Recharge shaft 2 Construction of recharge shaft (Naked Borehole with minimum inner dia. of 250 mm) from ground levels and upto 100 Meter depth in all types of alluvium strata byPercussion Drilling to be gravel (as per IS:4097-1967) packed as per drawing enclosed. The work of construction of the recharge shaft should be as per IS:2800 (Part I -& II) 1979 as amended upto date. The work will include all cost for construction of recharge shaft as per drawing through Percussion drilling method but excluding cost of gravel. 3 Earth work in excavation/ by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed:: Hard rock(blasting prohibited) useful material 30% 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 5 Providing and fixing of 150 mm thick RCC precast panel made of M35 grade concrete with required steel, rebar chair, wire mesh, connection bolt, fastener and beveled washer with erection ready complete in all respect with all lead. 6 Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:3 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 12mm thick 7 Supply & laying of clean, clear sharp river sand of size 1 to 2mm coarse, without deduction of voids. 8 Supply & laying River-gravels of following sizes in recharge shaft, filter pit after screening & washing from kachha shift without deduction of voids Size 3 to 5 mm 9 Supply & laying ofcharcoal 10 Supply & lying River-gravels of following sizes in recharge shaft, filter pit after screening & washing from kachha shift without deduction of voids Size 9to 12 mm 11 Cement Concrete Jali 50 mm thick 12 Galvanized wire mesh of average width of aperature 1.4 mm and nominal dia of wire 0.63mm 13 Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide 14 Supply & lowering air line of 80mm dia, G.I. pipe B class having perforation 3 to 5mm size all arrow of G.I. pipe in Zig- Zag fashion & making air vent at top including the cost of Tee- Nipples, Elbow, Socket etc. 15 Providing and fixing of 150 mm thick RCC precast panel made of M35 grade concrete with required steel, rebar chair, wire mesh, connection bolt, fastener and beveled washer with erection ready complete in all respect with all lead. 16 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 17 Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel for site clearance and levelling 18 Supply & fixing Pre-cast RCC Rinngs at the mouth of recharge shaft of M20 mix with 40 mm thickness Diameter 750 mm 19 Supply of direction and place identification sign boards made out of 2mm thick MS sheet framed to angle iron 40 x 40 x 5mm and 2 vertical posts of angle iron 65 x 65 x 6mm, 3 m long with hold fasts,Stove enameled paint and reflective letters, numerals, symbols etc. complete of size 1500 mm x 1200 mm . 20 Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (letter height 10cm) 21 Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (letter height 7cm) 22 Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (letter height 5cm) 23 Extra charge Amount Rs.
