Refurbishment of LT panels by means of uprating/replacement of defective/damaged 1 No. MCCB 400A with a new MCCB 630A, 3P, 8kA, 415V of Make L&T/Havells/C&S or any equivalent reputed make having the same specifications; 4 No. MCCB 100A, 4P, 8kA, 415V with new ones of Make L&T/Havells/C&S or any equivalent reputed make having the same specifications; 2 No. MCCB 63A, 4P, 30kA, 415V with new ones of Make L&T/Havells/C&S or any equivalent reputed make having the same specifications; 1 No. Rotary Handle of MCCB 63A, 4P, and 5 No. Rotary Handles of MCCB 100A, 3P with new ones of Make L&T/Havells/C&S or any equivalent reputed make having the same specifications; 57 Nos. ON/OFF/Trip LED Indicators (Red=18 No, Green=18 No, Yellow=18 No, White=3 No) with new ones of raputed make; 6 Nos. PT Insulators for the Bus Bar of the 11KV HT panel with new ones of raputed make. The scope also include Panel rewiring in place of defective/damaged/worn-out control panel wiring along with thimbling; including painting of the panels with two or more coats of semi-galvanized anti-corrosion spray paint of light gray color of brand Berger/Nerolac/Asian or any equivalent reputed brand, and thereafter successful testing and commissioning of the LT panel after completing the job in all respects.

Refurbishment of an LT Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) Panel by replacement damaged/defective 3 Nos. Analog Ammeters with new Digital Ammeters having a range of 0-100A and dimensions of 95x95 mm, of Make AE/ABB/L&T or any equivalent reputed make with the same specifications; 3 Nos. Analog Voltmeters with new Digital Voltmeters having a range of 0-500V and dimensions of 95x95 mm, of Make AE/ABB/L&T or any equivalent reputed make with the same specifications;3 Nos. Three Phase Killowatt Hour Meter with new Digital three phase killowatt hour meter, dimensions of 95x95 mm, of Make L&T/Multispan/Selec or any equivalent reputed make with the same specifications, 3 Nos. Breaker Control Switches (Trip-Neutral-Close) (TNC Switch) 220V AC with new ones of Make C&S/ABB/L&T or any equivalent reputed make with the same specifications; 3 Nos. Push Buttons (Yellow) (Dia. 22.5 mm), 220V AC, with new ones of Make C&S/ABB/L&T or any equivalent reputed make with the same specifications. The scope also includes panel rewiring in place of defective/worn-out control panel wiring with thimbling work and complete overhauling/servicing of the ACB of Make C&S Electric Ltd., Model No. AH-10D-CS, 415V AC, 1000A, along with its CRM and Time Testing, complete in all respects. Afterward, the panels will be repainted with two or more coats of semi-galvanized anti-corrosion spray paint in light gray color from brands such as Berger/Nerolac/ Asian or any equivalent reputed brand. The work will be completed with successful testing and commissioning of the complete job in all respects.
