    For Repairing & overhauling of 36 KV VCBs installedAT 132KV S/S Kirawali, under E400 KV S/S Division Agra South - Repair & complete overhauling of 33 KV VCBs of siemens makework include replacement of its defective parts along with material like pin,bush,bearing & washer etc and checking of its operating mechanism. Removing the defect of wiring for proper operation of breaker. Cleaning of all parts and oiling & greasing of all movinf parts for satisfactory operation of VCB & following work is also to be carried out :- a. Checking & adjustment of snatch gap, travel of drive insulator rod & tie rod of each pole.b. Opening & closing time of breaker of each pole.c. Carrying out contact resistance measurement (CRM Test) of each pole.d. Checking of Megger values of breaker poles.e. Checking tripping of breaker at 70% DC voltage.f. Checking the close/open operation of breaker from Remote & Local.
