Complete overhauling of CGL make 245 KV/145 KV SF-6 gas type spring operated Circuit Breakers. The job includes alignment of mechanism assembly by opering and adjusting its oerating rod, holding latch and damping spring etc. Replacement of damaged washers & lock pins etc as per requirement during work. Assembling the mechanism followed by oiling, greasing and tightening of all nuts & bolts of the mechanism box, checking & tightening of all \"AC/DC connections/terminals along with spring charging motor, removing the deposited dust/carbon on terminals, checking the proper terpping & closing of CB from local and remote, including recording contact resistance (CRM Test) and Tripping closing time by standered equipment and other associated works also if required for satisfactory completion of job. All labour, T&P, testing kit and consumable items will be provided by contractor at his own cost. Details of Circuit Breakers are as under :-

Complete overhauling/repairing of operating assembly of 36 KV VCB of 33 KV Feeders bay including transformer\"s bays by checking, de rusting & lubrication of machanism assembly. Adjustment of charging motor and its rod, closing and tripping shaft assambly, trip latch and limit switch etc and replace if found defective. Checking de-rusting and re-tightening of micro switches. Adjustment of pole shaft to adjust the contact gap, checking of spring charging macanisum. Manually and electrically tightening of all electrical connections and ON-OFF operation of breaker from local and remote switches including recording contact resistance (CRM Test) and Tripping closing time by standered equipment and other associated works also if required for satisfactory completion of job. All labour, T&P, testing kit and consumable items will be provided by contractor at his own cost. Complete overhauling of 145 KV ABB make SF-6 Circuit Breaker intalled at 132 KV Substation Kaurihar Prayagraj, type LTB145D1/B (Mfy 2012) including checking/Adjustment of closing spring, tripping spring ratchet wheel, big Paul, small paul, torsion spring right side, adjustment of limit switches checking and cleaning of gas contactor motor contactor and over load relay, checking and adjustment of holding latch trip latch, greasing, lubrication of spring of all latches of all other small/big springs fasteners like nuts, bolts, circlips etc and all other associated work for smooth working of circuit breaker. Checking and retightening of electrical connections, checking/rectification of gas leakage if any from 6mm/12mm gas pipe assembly of mechanism assembly then checking closing/tripping operation time & contact resistance with the help of reputed make kit including the cost of all labour, T&P and required materials.
