Name of Work : Withdrawing, cleaning & lowering of 190kW pump and repairing of ATS panel (for Pump no. 2) with allied works at ISLS-VI in AA-I under NTK Project.

Withdrawing of 1 no. 190kW Kishor make seweragepump (Pump no.-2) motor set from its existing position in seweragesump with the help of existing lifting arrangement after disconnection of all power lines for necessary reapiring as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning of sludge clay, sand, muck soft solids along with wood planks and pieces plastics, jute bags etc. from the above pump delivery line by employing requisite labours after making arrangement to stop inlet of thewater at the screen chamber end by existing sluice gate incl. tightness checking of pump impeller all complete as per direction of EIC.

Installtion of 190kW pump motor set in its existing position inside sewerage sump with the help of existing lifting arrangemnt including reconnection of all power lines as per direction of EIC.

Deputation of skilled service engineer at site for fault identification, power circuit checking, control circuit and dismantling of damaged spare part of 190kW ATS panel from its base after disconnection of power line for repairing all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply & delivery of following materials at site :-

240V, 3 Pole Power Contactor (2 NO + 2 NC)[Make : L&T ;Model : MNX400 / Approved Make]

250 Amp Capacitor Power Fuse [Make : L&T ;Type - DIN Fuse Link HN]

Repairing of the ATS Panel by installing the above supplied materials (item no. 5.01 & 5.02) in their respective positions including overhauling of the all serviceable spares related to power circuit & control circuit and by supplying of all necessary hardwares and wiring materials such as screws, high tension nut bolt with washer etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan [Make : Khaitan / Polar / Havell’s / Orient / CGL / any other approved make].with supply & fixing fan regulator and MS fan clamp (if applicable) of two pices type for RC celling or steel joist as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flate incl.making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting.

Cleaning of raw sewage containing sludge clay, sand, muck soft solids along with wood planks and pieces plastics, jute bags etc. from the sump chamber manually by employing requisite labours after making arrangement to stop inlet of thewater at the screen chamber end by existing sluice gate and making guard wall of sand bag 8\"x6\" and also hiring necessary buckets, ropes, spade etc. and deposit of the said waste within periphery of the pump house on cleaning from sump chamber and then transferring it to nearby dumping yard.
