Work At Ward No. 15, 1 Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Course Sand :8 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size 3 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcement cement concrete all RCC structural elements upto plinth levelincluding curing compaction finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement M20 Grade nominal mix (with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 4 Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundations in basements rafts, footings, strap beams, bases of columns , etc. up to plinth level. 5 Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor three level. For 1 K.M. 9 Random Rubble stone masonry for foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 10 Random Rubble stone masonry for superstructure aboveplinth level one storey height above 30cm. thick walls in :Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 11 Brick masonry in foundation and plinth with bricks of class designation 75 in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 12 Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 NP - 31000 mm dia 13 Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 NP - 3600 mm dia 14 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish:20 mm thick. 15 Cement concrete flooring grade 1:2:4 (1-Cement:2-Coarse sand:4-graded stone aggregate) rounding off edges etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 40mm thick with 20 mm thick nominal size aggregate. 16 Providing stone slab covering over drains including filling of joints in cement sand mortar 1:3 with 35mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 mix complete with good finish with : Stone slab 100 to 150 mm thick average 17 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering =All up to plinth level M20 grade Nominal Mix (with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 18 Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. 19 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 20 Earth work in excavation including stacking/ disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). mechanically by power shovel including mechanical loading and carriage upto 1 km by tipper/dumper 21 Construction of un-reinforced without dowel bar plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602. Using Cement Concrete M-20 Pavement Grade 22 Cutting of construction joint/ longitudinal joint 4 to 6 mm. wide & 75 to 100 mm deep using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel and filling of bitumen sealingcompound in groove including cost of sealing compound. 23 Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, scaking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MoRTH specification claue : 202By Mechanical Means 24 Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 meter lead :1:3:6 or richer mix.
