Design, manufacture, supply, installation, integrated testing commissioning and proving out of Fully automatic pit jacks. It includes all the accessories/ equipments and other concomitant accessories/ equipment, which the manufacturer considers essential to make the machine fully operational, when installed and commissioned. It shall also include installation and commissioning of related equipment, training of personnel in operation and maintenance of machine and supply of technical documentation. The requirement of any utility etc.should be clearly indicated by the tenderer in the offer.Details of requirement will be as per attachedspecification attached with this Tender. This is as per Para 2 of SPECIFICATION NO. NWR/HQ/M/Works/164-Item No. 2 of attached Specification with tender. This shall also include supply of Commissioning spares, Maintenance spares and consumables as defined in Clause 2.2 of special conditions of contract and Tools & spares as defined in Clause 13 & 14 respectively of specification no. NWR/HQ/M/Works/164-Item No. 2 of Annexure- Specifications appended with tender. Performing the entire civil foundation work, including reinforcement and other structural aspects related to the Pit Jack are under the scope of Pit Jack supplier. any special materials required for grouting/ foundation or interconnection shall be supplied by the contractor along with the instruction to use. (Any additional items like chequred plates, stairs, railings etc which are part of civil structure and essentially required towards completeness, maintenance, operations etc of M&P, shall be covered in scope of supplier) allied Electrical & Mechanical works shall be included in the cost of the machine. ]

CAMC for 5 years after completion of 2 years warranty period from the date of commissioning . The details of CAMC as defined in Clause 28 special conditions of contract of annexure Specifications appended with tender. Bidders are required to attach the price break up in year wise format for 05 years after expiry of 02 years of warranty period in PDF file along with submitted bid taking the discounting factor as 10%. It is suggested that guidance regarding adopted formulation in this regard may be referred at Clause 8.7 of Section III of NWR SBD appended with this tender.
