Data management includes its upload to and download from a centralized cloud server. Data Analysis using AI-ML based software in SPURT CAR and at IR DATA CENTRE (to be located in India) including analysis by trained human analyst. Publication of recorded data and Suspect lists. Need based data verification and spot checking by SRTs. Post this analysis sharing of suspected and confirmed defects lists (both) in Rails and welds (tested as Rail) as per Railways defined format. The work includes manual Ultrasonic testing of the track for spot verification of suspects reported from SPURT CAR and the all-Performance verification (other than the first round of SPURT Car) testing by SRTs as per the scope and technical specification enclosed. The services are based on the Track KMs tested (Payment of 1 track Km includes payment of 1 track km of UT Testing of Track by SPURT CAR, Upload and download of data from centralized Server, Analysis by AI&ML based software system, Analysis by trained human analysts, spot verification of suspects by SRT, RUN on RUN analysis of the same track KM done, with sharing of test and analysis results to IR along with the Performance verification by SRTs(other than the first round) as per the detailed scope of work, Specification-V (Operation and Maintenance) and technical specifications enclosed.
