Tender For Special Repair To Road Pao (Or), Beg And Centre Roorkee Under Ge Roorkee; 1 Excavation in trenches,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth amd area n exec 10 Sqm on plan for foundation etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes etcand getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for P.C.C type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for RCC M-25 design mix (20mm graded aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over deformed or twisted cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. 5 Removing excavated material (Soil) exc 250 m butn.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on wall/concrete surface with cement mortar 1 : 4 finished even and smooth (without using extracement) complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for peparing new plastered surfaced of wall/ concrete surface and applying two Cement Base paint over a coat of completeprimer all as specified and directed. 9 Returning filling inl.spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm in hard/dense soilcomplete all as specified. 10 M&L for hard core of broken boulders/stone of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming to true surface in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed 11 M&Lfor 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for Sub class B Brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built incement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1as incoping, benching apex stone, bed plate etccomplete all as specified anddirected. 15 M&L for cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) as in sub base, foundation and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L for Cement concrete in surface channels and drains type C-2, 1:3:6using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregatescomplete all as specified and directed. 17 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms moulds mitered/stopped endscomplete all as specified and directed. 18 Demolition of cement concrte floor and paving of any description and in any position and removing the material exc 1.5 km and n.exc 5 km and deposited where directed. 19 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortarcomplete all as specified and directed. 20 Taking out muddy/ sewage/ Rain water from drain, soakage pit of any size, depth and capacity by using of mechanical way rain/sewage/ mud water disposal pump set and dispossed off muddy/ sewage water in a closed container vehicle to a distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- All labour and T&P i.e. sewage water pump set, diesel, transportation of pump set from one place to other place, suction pipe, delivery pipe and manpower, prepair approach to working site/ point etc required for above work, shall be deemed included in unit rates quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.
