3.1 (a) Screening procedure & General Assessment report3.1 (b) Submission of preliminary reports- Measurement of Noise levels & report of findings, Measurement of vibration levels (ambient, soil transmissibility and transfer function) and report of findings, report to include screening findings, measured data, detailed analysis and preliminary recommendations.Assisting in design and approval of Design and Specification of N&V Mitigation assets (Track-structure, fastening, Noise Barrier, etc.) for respective mitigation slabs in collaboration with other nominated contractors of MPMRCL.Complete Preliminary Stage Report requirements as per the Scope of Works.3.1 (c) Submission of detailed final stageN&V report - After discussion of the preliminary report, final report on input from MPMRCL will be developed that will include the final analysis and possible noise and vibration mitigation measures for design of track form and acceptance of final N&V report by MPMRCL or any Authorized representative of MPMRCL.Final report with adopted approved design for track form AND Noise Barrier/etc., Complete Detailed Stage Report requirements as per the Scope of Works.3.1 (d) Final Validation Report - The final validated report of installed N&V mitigation system is to be submitted in comparison with final N&V report during the passenger operations of metroNote:-Refer to Para 3.1 of Vol-III for Scope of work & detailed deliverables.
