Rehabilitation Of Various Roads Of Bhadra - CC block work Sirsa bypass to Devilal and rajendra Jhorads house to Hanumanji temple ward no. 40. 2 Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/ Bed level as per MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000, 1500 & 1700 P.C.C. 1:4:8 mix with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. 3 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge ISI approved Cement Concrete paver blocks of Category B (dentated only two sides like I, Z or T shape) made by table vibratory method or automatic stationery hydraulic viebro pressed machine, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour and pattern over 25-50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand of required gradation as per specifications, compacting and proper embedding/ laying with vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc.as per manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block (M-30 Grade) pavements as per IRC:SP:63 having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications.
