Tender For Attending Of Major Lt/Ht Faults In Electrical Installations In Various Te Buildings Under Dktd, Mangalore For The Year 2024-25 And 2025-2026 (Both Mangalore & Udupi Dist) Sh:- Breakdown Maintenance At Various Sites; 1 Break down maintenance works 2 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 3.5C x 35 Sqmm in the following manner as per department Specifications etc. as reqd.i)In the existing masonry open duct / MV panel / Meter Box etc as required. 3 ii) Direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. 4 iii) In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. 5 iv)On wall surface as required clamped with 1 mm thick saddle 6 v) Direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as reqd. 7 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade above 35 sqmm and upto 95 sqmm size in the following manner as per department Specifications etc as reqd.i) Direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as reqd. 8 ii) Direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. 9 iii) In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. 10 iv)In the existing masonry open duct / MV panel / Meter Box etc as required. 11 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.a) 4 X 35 sq. mm 12 b) 4 X 25 sq. mm 13 c) 4 X 16 sq. mm 14 d) 31/2x70 sqmm 15 e) 3 1/2x95 sqmm 16 f) 3 1/2x150 sqmm 17 Supplying and fixing of 1 X 20 Watts LEDfitting on surface with connection etc as required. (On CESC Pole) 19 Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.a) 4 X 35 sq. mm 20 b) 4 X 16 sq. mm/4 x 25 sqmm 21 c) 3 1/2 x70 sqmm 22 d) 3 1/2 x95 sqmm 23 e) 3 1/2 x150 sqmm 24 Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrulesand other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.a) 4 X 35 sqmm/4 x 25 sqmm 25 b) 4 X 16 sqmm 26 c) 31/2x70 sqmm 27 d) 31/2x95 sqmm 28 e) 31/2x150 sqmm 29 Providing and fixing 4mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as reqd. 30 Checking offault in LT side such as UG cable, MV panels, sevice connection panels, Power room panels DB etc, carrying out insulation resistance test with 500V insulation tester, checking for loose connection and furnishing fault report etc. as reqd. 31 Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket/MCB on the existing switch box/cover/ DB including connections as reqd a) 5/6 amps switch 32 b) 3pin 5/6A socket outlet 33 c) 6Amps to 32Amps SPMCB, 240 V 34 d) 63Amps 4 pole MCB type Isolator, 415 V 35 Dismantling and removing the 6pin 15A plug socket and covering the opening with suitable size of 2mm thick hylam sheet on switch board as reqd. 36 S/Fstreet light fittings on existing pole or wall including S/F the 38mm dia B class GI pipe bracket with suitable angle at length of 75cm,giving connections etc. as reqd. (BCLST 30W LED) - This item should be executed on need basis with the instructions of the Engr-incharge. 37 S/F the 3x1.5sqmm weather proof copper conductor cable in existing pipe as reqd. 38 Dismantling of existing life expired 1.5TR window type AC units from wall including outer cover and shift the same in safe place like store in proper manner and cover the opening with 2mm thick GI sheet (Size appr : 75cm x 45cm), including neat finishing, providing felts/foam around the sheet to prevent air leakage etc. as reqd. 39 Checking offault in HT side such as UG cable, CT PT out door, Insulators, Terminations HT bushings, HT fuse, HT panel, Transformers etc, insulation test with 2500 V insulation tester if required, checking for loose connection and furnishing faultreport etc as reqd. 40 Testing of existing earth with earth tester i/c disconnecting earth, measuringand furnish test report etc as reqd 41 Providing earth chamber for existing earth i/c removing the damaged brick masonry chamber, replacing chequered plate finishing sign writing etc as reqd 42 Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required a).70 sqmm 43 Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required. a)70 sqmm 44 Supply of 25 Amps HT HRC Fuses suitable for operation on 9Kv/ 11Kv HT supply complete etc as reqd (Make: Eshwari/ Phoenix /Anand or SS Make) 45 Inspection of faults in the Centrifugal/ Submersible Pumpsets (at site) of capacity upto 12.5 HP including attending minor faults in the Starter panel and wiring (involving labour only - materials will be paid extra), checking with 500V insulation tester, submitting report etc. as required 46 Supplying and laying of 1100V Grade L.T. Aerial Bunched Cable having three Power Core, One Neutral core and One Messenger Core of stranded compacted circular Aluminium Black coloured XLPE insulated cable, Core identification by ridges, one, two and three & four respectively. Messenger Wire should be of stranded compacted Circular Aluminium Alloy Conductor conforming to IS 8130/1984, IS-398(Part-IV)/1979 and IS-14255/1995 with upto date amendments, if any including removing the faulty cables and/or connections, liaisoning with the exchange authorities/MESCOM etc. as required.a) 3x35 + 1x16 + 1x25 sq.mm (Messenger) 47 Supplying and fixing the following ACCESSORIES REQUIRED FOR DRAWAL OF L.T.
