Supply, installation & commissioning of 09 Nos. RMUs (03 way) at various sub-station under EDD-I, Meerut - Safe Carriage of following material from store center PVVNL to site & vice-versa of work including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 100 Km. :- 2 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 sqmm. 3 WORK SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RMUs IN ALL FEEDERS OF S/S IN THE AREA OF EDD-I, Meerut AS PER FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION AND ATTACHED APPROVED G.T.P. :- 4 12kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 , BIL 28 KV/75 KV peak, extensible, outdoor duty 3-way, fully motorised andmanually operated Ring main unit(2 LBS & 1 VCB) consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated. RMU should be type tested for internal arc of 21 KA for 1 Sec. for Gas tank and cable chamber with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottomof the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personnel .Suitable CT 100-50/1 A with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) for Protection to be provided with VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits.. All the necessary wirings and Dummy panel /space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibility with SCADA system (Supply of FRTU is not in scope) . .Aux. PT Battery, Charger etc. for Motorised operation of RMU to be provided. The scope is including Plinth/Angle iron Stand as per OEM design complete in all rescept as per the direction ofEngineer incharge. Complete RMU and its accessories should be suitable for altitude of 1000 Mtrs above Sea Level.( Makes: ABB / Siemens / Schneider)/(C&S). 5 Construction of foundation structure (concrete ratio 1:3:6)suitable for above RMUs complete in all respect. As per technical specification of RMU. 6 PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR ABOVE RMUs (WITH ALL MATERIAL AND LABOUR) AFTER INSTALLATION RESISTANCE SHOULD BE LESS THAN ONE OHM. AS PER FOLLOWING (The all material and labour shall be provided by the contractor with 12 month guarantee for resistance value less than one OHM.) :- 7 Providing of earth elctrode for chemical earthing Pipe in pipe typeproper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr- 32mm x 6mmterminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the pipe & pipe is filled with conductive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystalline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be galavanized the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for RMUsF installed at Above 33/11 KV Substation . 8 Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm suitable for RMUs installed at Above 33/11 KV Substation . 9 Providing and fixing of PVC Pit covers for above earthing electrode terminals. 10 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 sqmm. 11 Providing and fixing of 11 KV Cable box 3x185 sqmm. 12 Providing of 01 No. Technical person (knowledge about RMUs operation) for technical support for smooth operation of above RMUs in warranty period.
