Renewal Of Chimawali Link Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P,royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST. 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/ Bituminous surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P,royality , all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST. 4 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
