Supply and application of Epoxy terrazzo Flooring System, of 10 mm thickness finished to 8mm overall thickness or approved equivalent; a two-component, pigmented, solvent free epoxy resin, mixed and combined (in varying percentages) with fine and/or coarse mineral aggregates (marble or granite), coloured or recycled glass, mirror particles, acrylic chips and non-corrosive metal fragments, to produce customized Terrazzo screeds. The system should be suitable for use in all weather conditions. The system comprises of a Primer coat, followed by a grouting layer and finally after grinding and polishing of the surface sealing.This resinous matrix seamless terrazzo flooring in 8 mm thickness laid over base concrete, matrix and color as per approved shop drawing at all floor levels including termination, control joint strips and divider aluminum strips as well as moisture barrier only on the ground floor. Rubbing/grinding of the poured epoxy terrazzo by using high speed grinders with rubbing pads and grits in 8 stages. Including filling of pin holes appearing must be thoroughly cleaned immediately and filled during this process. The terrazzo flooring system shall be carried out confirming to the technical Specifications. The properties/standards as mentioned in the technical specification shall be strictly adhered to. The entire installation shall be executed through an authorized applicator of the manufacturer and as per manufacturer’s recommendation, approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All the coats namely primer coat, body coat, grout coat, and sealer coat shall exhibit adhesive bond strength with concrete at a minimum of >1.5MPa or concrete failure as per ASTM D4541.Note: After primer application, Top coat application should be done within 24 hours for better intercoat adhesion. Movements allowed –Pedestrian movements - After 24 hrous, Light movements - 72 hours, Heavy movement - 7 days. (Make- Tremco/Asian Paints/Pidilite or equivalent as approved by EIC). Providing and fixing 2.0 mm thick Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring with roll dimension of atleast 2m X 20m. The product needs to meet the requirements of EN-ISO 10581, The flooring must have Type-I binder as per EN-ISO 10581. The flooring must have Group-\"T\" abrasion resistance as per EN 660-2. The Vinyl flooring conforms to all standards, including the new VOC emission classes. HSN CODE : 39181090, Total Thickness as per EN-ISO 24346 : 2.0 mm, Roll width as per EN-ISO 24341 : 2 m, Roll Length as per EN-ISO 24341 : 20m or more, Abrasion Resistance as per EN 660-2 : Group-T, Total Weight as per EN-ISO 23997 : 2.5 Kg/sqm or more, Commercial use as per EN-ISO 10874 : CLASS 34 very heavy, Inductrial use as per EN-ISO 10874 : CLASS 43 very heavy, Resistance to chemicals as per EN-ISO 26987 : very good, Reaction to fire as per EN13501-1 : Bfl-s1, Slip Resistance as per DIN51130 : R 10, Indentation Residual as per EN-ISO 24343-1 : 0.03 mm, TVOC after 28 days as per ISO 16000-6 : <10ug/m3The product should be fixed on floor with necessary adhesive, jointed with necessary welding chord including self-leveling up to 4 mm average thick layer of cementations smoothening compoundof UZIN NC 149 sh or equivalent over and including a priming compound of UZIN PE 360 sh or equivalent as recommended by the Vinyl sheet flooring manufacturer on concrete surface to provide a smooth & homogenous surfacefor laying of vinyl sheet flooring all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C and nothing extra shall be payable.
