Modifyingthe existing opening of the door made for the lifts in each floor of the New Medical college building to the size specified by the lift manufacturer, M/s T. K Elevators so that the lift doors of size 80 cm x 200 cm can be fixed, by constructing wall with 30x20x15cm cement blocks, 12mm cement plastering with 1:6 compound plastering,cement mortar, chipping approx 15 cm of wall on one side,removing the boards fixed on the lift door openings, refixing the boards after work for safety , transportation of material, labour etc as required.(Approx area to be closed is 40 cm x 2.15 m) Since the work is done near the lift well, necessary safety precautions i/c safety mesh/free stading pipes/ropes, sign boards etc. may be taken during the work i/c watering for curing/setting at required time gap, making good the damages, clearing the debries from sites etc. as eqd..

Providing and fixing precast RCC Lintel of size 120x23x15 cm with 1:1.5:3 reinforced cement concrete i/c 4 nos of 10mm dia mild steel with 8mm dia as rungs at 15 cm interval including necessary centering & shuttering , curing and fixing in required position i/c making required opening for the lintel , includingbending , cutting, straightening, placing in position, binding , chipping the sides of the exisitng opening for fixing the RCC,finishing of the RCC work with cement mortar, making good the damages , shifting/loading the Lintels to allfloors , clearing the debris from sites etc. as eqd. Since the work is done at the lift well, necessary safety precautions i/c safety mesh/free stading pipes/ropes, sign boardsmay be taken during the work.

Making holes of following size in R.C.Cfloor by core cutting of lift well suitable for Passenger Lifts/Patient Lift rope/pipe passage in Lift machine room with suitable core cutting machine without any damage to the building as per the location/ measurement given by the Engineer-in -charge and making good the hole edges including finishing complete etc as reqd.

Providing and Fixing 16mm TMT steel hook of size not less than 100mm dia , 300mm length in existing RCC roof slab including chipping / cutting and welding / chipping the hook with the existing steel bar reinforcement i/c finishing the damages , priming/painting etc. as reqd
