Long From Central store GZB/Shahibabad JE Store (Dist.) to site of work including loading unloading of both ends.( Distance up to 0-60 km.) 2 Carriage of other line material (Other than pole ) as conductor, pin & Disc insulator, MS Channel, angle , Iron stay Rod & Wire Etc from Central store GZB/Shahibabad /JE store (Dist.) to site work including loading unloading of both ends.( Distance up to 0-60 km.) 3 Excavation of Foundation pit inNormal Soil/Soft and Hardsoil Rock and its back filing and leveling Erection of Single pole with PCC Pole/ ST Pole encluding Fixing of all accessoriesafter digging of a suitable size pit for each pole. Work shall be done as per RESPO specification.Single PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long/ST Pole /9/11/13 Mtr. Long. 4 Double pole of PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long/ST Pole/9/11913 Mtr Long. 5 Concreting /Grouting of PCC Pole /ST Pole 8.5/9/11/13 Mtr. Long of support up to RESPO norms level including back filling and ramming work & muffing(on STP Poles) etc. shall be done as per RESPO specification. 6 Erection, Fixing of stay rod 16x1800 mm after digging of a suitable size pit shall be done as per RESPO specification including fixing of stay wire clamp and nuzzling etc. 7 Fabrication of M S Top Channal, M S Dropper Channel , T-off Channel , Cross Arm & M S Base angle etc including cutting & holes as per RESPO drawing and norms. 8 Earthing of supports with M.S. Earth Rod 20x2500 mm long including driving of M.S. Rod 1 Mtr. Apart from support 0.5 Mtr. (Distance up to 0-60 Km.) 12 Carrige of CT/PT Units 11 KV/ 33 KV 13 Carrige of 11 KV 16/25/63/100 KVA Treansformer from Cantral store GZB/ Shahibabad/JE store(Dist.)to site of work including loading unloading of both ends with the help of Crane ( Distance up to 0-50 km.) 14 Mounting, Placing & Connection on LT/HT of 11 KV 16/25/63/100 KVA Transformer with help of crane. 15 Carrige of 11KV old and used 16/25/63/100 KVA Transformer from site of work to JE store (Dist.) including loading unloading of both ends with the help of Crane (Distance up to 0-60) 16 Dismounting & Disconnection from LT/HT side of 11 KV 16/25/63/100 KVA Transformer 17 Dismounting & Disconnection of 11 KV metering cubical with dismentling & removing of 11 KV old cable. 18 Laying of 3 Core 35 to 70 Sq. mm. 11 KV XLPE Cable. 19 Layingof11KVXLPECable3x35-3x70+3x120-3x185sqmmand completion work properly, as per RESPO/Norms, and as per direction of site incharge. 20 LayingofLTABCofvariouscapacity andcompletionworkproperly, as per RESPO/Norms, and as per direction of site incharge. 21 Excavation in soft soil for cable trench and Refillingthe same the cable protected with local sand cushioning and bricks protection along the cable while buried directly in ground in 2.5 feet depth. 22 Fixing of Cable Box on 3 core 35 to 70mm Sq.(O/D & I/D) 23 Mounting of CT/PT Unit 11 KV/33 KV 24 Installation 11 KV metering cubical complete .
