No. Item Description 1 Safe carriage, loading and unloading of following material from ESC Daliganj, Lucknow to work site/J.E. dump store. 2 PCC Pole 8.5/9 Mtr. long. 3 S.T.P. Pole 9/11 Mtr. long. 4 Fabrication and erection of missing/damaged wire mesh fencing 02 Mtr. height with a gate and with retaining wall including grouting of fabricated M.S. Angle 65X65X6 mm. support (05 Nos. in a Sub-Station). Painting of fencing/support with all material as per specification/drawing complete in all respect. 5 Repairing of damage/Rusted Steel Tubular Pole by digging of pil up to 2 for Proper position, Putting 3 Nos Angle From of Size 35x35x6 mm, 3 Long Properly welding on 3 circle with pole than Grouting and Plinthing 300 mm Above level with cement concrete sand Sand and bricks ballast, ( All Material, Labourand T&P will be providedby the Contractor) 6 Erection, grouting & plinthing of Single Pole structure on STP along with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required as per RESPO norms. Painting of poles with primer and enamel paint as per RESPO specification complete in all respect. 7 Erection, grouting & plinthing of Single Pole structure on PCC along with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required as per RESPO norms. 8 Earthing of 11/0.4 KV Distribution Transformers body & neutral by way of boring and lowering of ISI marked two nos. G.I pipe 1.5 dia 20 m deep from the ground level with solid cone at the lower end of G.I pipe. One end of G.I strip of size 50X6 mm. will be connected with neutral / body of the Transformer & other end will be clamped & welded with G.I Pipe as per UPPCL norms (All the material will be arranged by contractor at their own cost.) 9 Re-sagging of existing L/T, O/H , ABC Line opening of ABC on service point and opening of Consumer Service cable after Re-sagging of ABC Re Connection of Consumer Services cable on ST Pole / PCC. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 10 Restringing & Resagging of three phase 33 K.V.,11 K.V., Composite line on ACSR/Rabbit/Dogconductor as per RESSPO Norms. (All required accessories if necessary provided his own cost by contractor like disc insulator , disc fitting, pin insulator GI pin,X-arm , Top channel, T-off channel , binding wire Etc. ) 11 Grouting and nozzeling of Stay set complete of size 16X1800 mm. with cement, sand, brick-ballast 1:3:6 as per RESPO specification. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 12 Lopping and chopping of Tree branches coming in the way of H.T./L.T. lines at the interval of each 03 months.(12 months) (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 13 Supply and fixing of Henley type tailess fuse unit on L.T. Distribution Pillar Box with required size of clamping of lug for L.T. P.V.C. Cable. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 14 Providing & fixing of Henley type tailles fuse unit 500 Amp. 650 Volt consisting of 6 nos Brass back entry, 6 nos. U-type spring contact made of copper, brass coupling with porcelain fitted on the GI sheet of 16 SWG with arrangement of 1 no. Neutral. (As per Drawing) 15 Providing & fixing of Henley type tailles fuse unit 300 Amp. 650 Volt consisting of 6 nos Brass back entry, 6 nos. U-type spring contact made of copper, brass coupling with porcelain fitted on the GI sheet of 16 SWG with arrangement of 1 no. Neutral. (As per Drawing) 16 Cleaning of 11/0.4 K.V. Sub-Stations with removal of garbage, dumps and its stacking out side the fencing area. 17 Cleaning of 33/11 K.V. Sub-Stations and yard with removal of garbage, dumps and its dumping side the fencing area at each 03 month at each Sub-Station. 18 Note :-1- All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.2- One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work.3- During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor.4- Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power.5- All the old and used material should be taken on book.6- The quantity may be vary ±10%.7- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.8-The work will be done as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.
