Tender For Under The Purview Of V.V.K. Banda (Rural), Work Of Issuing Electrical Connections And Shifting Of Lines In Drinking Water, Industrial, Primary / Upper Primary Schools, Gram Panchayats Bundelkhand Through Jhatpat / Nivesh Mitra Portals Under The Full Deposit Scheme Year 2024-25. Under Namami Gange. - The following works under various places/Sub-Stations under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2024-25 under EDD, BANDA (RURAL), including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard, including transportation. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Erection of new and shifting of 33 KV/11 KV/LT Lines and 16/25/63/100 KVA Sub-Staions work -At various places in Jhatpat Portal/Nivesh Mishra Portal related new connections & utility shfting of payjal, industrial, Primary School/Higher Secondary Schools, Gram Panchayat, Bundelkhand Expressway, Tubewells, Payjal under Namami Gange & Other etc. 3 Safely cartage of following poles from ESC to site of work - 4 PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long 5 ST Poles 11 Mtr. Long 6 Safely cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, wire, x-arm, clamps, channels, angles, earthing rod, stay etc. 7 Erection of PCC Poles 8.5 Mtr. Long as SP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms. 8 Erection of STP Poles 11 Mtr. Long as SP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms. 9 Erection of PCC/STP Poles 8.5/11 Mtr. Long as DP/SDP with complete HT/LT fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO norms. 10 Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering ofACSR Weasel conductor on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 11 Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. ofABC Cable of suitable size on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 12 Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of XLPE Cable of suitable size with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. 13 Supply & fixing of 11 KV Cable jointing Kit outdoor/indoor with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). 14 Supply & fixing of 33 KV Cable jointing Kit outdoor/indoor with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). 15 Safely cartage and installation of 16 KVA capacity transformers on single pole structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. 16 Safely cartage and installation of 25 KVA capacity transformers on double pole structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. 17 Safely cartage and installation of 63 KVA capacity transformers on double pole structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. 18 Safely cartage and installation of 100 KVA capacity transformers on double pole structure/plinth with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/RESSPO manual. 19 Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV CT/PT pole mounted unit 10/5 A with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 20 Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV Pilfer Proof metering cubicle with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 21 Guarding of 33 KV/11 KV/LT Lines at road/river crossing by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 Mtr. 22 Erection of stay set complete at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO norms alongwith nozeling & binding of stay set, stay. 23 Fabrication of hole in channels/angles/steel cross arms. 24 Supply & erection of Nut-Bolts & washers of suitable size(Arranged by contractor at his own cost). 25 Concreting/grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. PCC/ST Poles asper direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual sire requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 26 Erection & fixing of Distribution Box on single pole including with ABC Cable. 27 Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual, including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 28 Supply & Fixing of Top Channel with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). 29 Supply & Fixing of Dropper Channel with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). 30 Supply & Fixing of T-Off Channel with clamp & Nut-Bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual (Arranged by contractor at his own cost). 31 Shifting of 33 KV/11 KV/LT Lines with all fittings/utility, if required, as per direction of engineer incharge with dismantling of poles, material and conductor from 33 KV/11 KV/LT Lines and reuse as per material/site condition.
