Tender For Repairs/Maintenance Tocertain Roads Of Area No 02 Under Ge Belgaum; 1 M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep and removing n.exc 50 mtrs and stacking all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for repair to potholes not exc 1 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring suknken surfaces in roads, path, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or gradin 3 (50 to 20mm size spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required at site including scarfying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and not exc 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using10 kg/ 10 sqm using paving bitumen over WBM surfacesall as specified and directed. 5 M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content (Paving Bitumen VG-30) laid or rolled and compacted to required gradient camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) etc,complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient including preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for providing average 2.50 mm thick, road markings strips (reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermosplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe, heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc to applicable spefications incl scrubbing out old worn out marking etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thick, below or above GL completed all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (type D-2), 75mm thick as in sub base to floor complete all as specified anddirected. 10 M&L for 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge machine pressed precast concrete interlocking colour paver blocks of approved colour,shape and size with glossy finish on top confirming to IS made by vibratory method using PU mould laid in required pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse river sand, compacted and properly embedded/ laying of blocks into the sand bedding layer, finishing and sweeping the extra sand after compaction complete all as specified and as directed.
