No-56408801029 Ptfe/ Pfa Lined Diaphragm Valve., Dn-100 Technical Specification For Above Valves: - 1.Straight Through Rising Spindle Type With Flanged End As Per Asme B 16.5 Flange Drilling- Asa # 150 2.Moc-Cast Iron Is 210 Fg 260 Or Ductile Iron ( Astm A 395 ) Or Sg Iron. 3.Lining- ( Ptfe As Per Astm D 4894) / (Pfa As Per Astm D 3307 ). 4.Lining Thickness: 4.0-5.0 Mm For Dn 100 5.Diaphragm- Fluro Elastomer As Per Astm D 1418 Or Ptfebacked With Neoprene Rubber. 6. Spark Test On All Wetted Parts- 15 Kvdc. 7.Position Indicator In Opening / Closing 8.Valve Should Withstand 40% Conc. Acid & Alkali Water Up To Pressure Of 10Kg/Cm² & Temperature Up To180°C. , Cat.
