The Successful Bidder Shall Install, Operate And Maintain The Ev Charging Station At His Own Cost. The Successful Bidder Shall Operate The Space Allotted By Discharging All Statutory Obligations To Statutory Authorities. The Demarcated Area For Electric Vehicle (Ev) Charging Station Will Be Given To The Successful Bidder On &Quot;As Is Where Is&Quot; Basis Only.,A) The Contract Is For Provision Of Relaxation Chairs/Robotic Massage Chair And Fish Spa (Which Is A Unique Form Of Cosmetic Treatment That Involves Immersing The Feet In A Tank Of Water Populated By A Specific Type Of Toothless Fish. These Fish Gently Nibble Away Dead Skin, Providing A Natural Exfoliation Process). At Earmarked Location Inside Railway Station On Installation, Operation & Maintenance Basis. The Licensee Shall Be Permitted To Setup Temporary Kiosk At The Space Earmarked (Sketch Enclosed) At His Own Cost. The Licensee May Collect Charges Prescribed Directly From Passengers Utilising The Service.,Setting Up, Operate And Maintain Rail Coach Restaurant At Location Specified. Licensee Is Responsible For Setting Up Of The Coach At The Location And Development Of Land Allotted, At His Own Cost. Licensee Will Be Allowed To Cook And Sell All Kind Of Food Items, Including Local Cuisines At Competitive Rates, And All Packaged Items To Be Sold At Price Not More Than Printed Mrp. As The Asset Is Outside Railway Station Premises, Licensee Shall Obtain Necessary Permissions From All Local Authorities For Round The Clock Operation Of Rail Coach Restaurant.
