    Providing And Supplying Different Category Of Labourers With Necessary Tools And Tackles As And When Required For Miscellaneous Works At Portland Park Site Under The Jurisdiction Of Superintending Engineer Civil Env Section For A Period Of Two Years - Providing & supplying unskilled labourer [as defined in the circular for minimum rates of wages issued by the Competent Authority] with necessary tools, tackles, equipments etc as and when required for miscellaneous works which are otherwise non-measurable, at various sites under Supdt. Engineer (Civil), Env Section. [Payment shall be made as per the higher of minimum daily wage as per CLC (Central) circular and Govt of West Bengal Minimum wage circular applicable for the period). do-do-for semi-skilled category labourer do-do-for skilled category labourer Reimbursement towards EPF & ESI contribution payable on account of the employer. [This rate is tentative based on present EPFIESI contribution rate of 13%/3.25% on account of Employer upto a monthly wage ceiling of Rs 15000 Rs 21000, payment shall be made as per actual amount paid through the Challan for the labourers deployed in the contract ONLY, excluding penalty, late payment interest and fees payable, if any. Contractors quoted percentage (abovełbelowłat par) shall not be applicable on the amount payable against this item
