Name of Work: Testing work of Power Transformers installed at 33/11 KV Sub-Station’s, 33 and 11 KV breakers and capacitor banks etc., (As Per BOQ) against O & M Head (Year-2024-25) in the area of EUDD, Chinhat, Lucknow under the Jurisdiction of Electricity Urban Test Division, Gomtinagar, Lucknow

Complete Testing of 33 KV sub Station Power Transformer, 33 KV Breaker & Panel, 11 KV Breaker & Panel and capacitor Banks under jurisdiction of EUTD-Gomtinagar, Lucknow. Complete testing shall be done once half yearly or as and when required in emergency breakdowns (within guaranteeperiod of 6 months from date of testing) All T&P\"s as required for above work should be provided by the contractor.

Testing of Power TF including following tests:a) Insulation test (Using 5KV Megger) b) Open circuit/Ratio & Short circuit test.c) Magnetization current test. d)Magnetization Balance test. e)Neutral & Body to Earth resistance. f)TF oil BDVOther tests including Power TF winding Resistance, WTI/OTI ( Control Cable connections), MOG, Buchholz Relay functionality, PRV, Marshalling Box panel, Relay connections and vector group test.The test should be carried out by brining testing kit and all required instruments on site by the contractor, making all necessary connection for above tests and insuring healthiness of transformers.

Testing of 33 KV Main & Line Breakers & control Panels by Primary injection set. Timing test. Testing of DC Supply Battery/Charger Testing of annunciation /indication circuitsdisplayiing on panel. The work includes cleaning of contacts by cleaning agent like Zorik, WD-40 Etc., Relay wiring & adjustment of setting, contacts & springs by manual and protection trip command generated by reays through primary injection set. Remote/ Local operation also to be checked.

Testing of all 11 KV Incoming/Outgoing circuit breaker/panels including testing of CT ratio by primary injection set. Timing test. Testing of DC supply battery/charger. Testing of relays and its setting as per requirement. Tightening of all contacts testing of Relay & control wiring, equipment. Testing of CT, PT & metering connections & panel wiring & indicator lights.

Functionality test of all capacitor banks. Testing of all Capacitor banksin switchyard and Breaker & control panels including testing of relays and it\"s under & over voltage settings as per requirement. Tightening of all contacts testing of Relay & control wiring, equipment.

In case of insallation/augmentation of new power TF at substation. Testing of Power Transformer as per above point No 1.01
