    Repairing of 60 cusec krilosker pump no-02 and 50 cusec krilosker pump no. 08&09 krilosker after dismantling of top half casing of pump rotating element i.e. taking out impeller, sleeves, bushes, nuts, impeller, neck by turning and finishing on both sides.,c.i. impeller by c.i. welding on damaged parts of vanes and finishing to achieve proper profile, bearing housing including dismantling of casing, pump shaft carriage from site to workshop and back, welding by c.i. machinable electrodes including machining and assembling of pump, p/f new bearing de & nde 6324, thrust bearing 51328 (skf/fag make), keyway in shaft keyway in impeller, g.m. lock nut, carbon steel grade c-40 coupling bolt with nut., rubber bush m.s, casing stud with nut., assembly of complete pump by fixing rotating elements, top covers etc. bolting including cost of packing etc. but excluding cost of t&p at tanda pump canal ambedkar nagar.
