Tender for Work Erection Of 01 Nos 33 Kv Simrothi Bay At 220 Kv S/S Manth Under Etd Mathura - Erection of following equipments as per Instruction manual of various equipments and technical specifications including shifting of material/equipment from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 2 33 KV VCB 3 33 KV CT 4 33 KV Bus Isolators 5 33 KV line isolator 6 Junction Box of CT/PT 7 33 KV Single Phase PT 8 C&R Panel 9 ABT Energy Meter 0.2s acc class with energy meter cubical suitable for energy meter 10 Erection of Main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of Isolators, C.Ts. P.Ts., CVTs, L.As. and all other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc. from store to site of erection. erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt. Matching of holes, cutting matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 11 ABL Structure 12 ALP Structure 13 Interconnection work between 33 kv main bus to bus isolator and bus isolator to 33 KV VCBand33 KV VCBto 33 KV CT to PT and 33 KV CT to Line Isolator And 33 kv line isolator to 33 kv transfer bus isolator 33 kv Transfer bus isolator to 33 kv Transfer bus, with single/doubleby Panther Conductor including cutting laying, fixing and proper tightening with the help of skilled labour & T&P including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 14 Laying of flowing sizes of control cable in the cable trench from various equipment to control and relay pane, marshalling boxes etc. from switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 750mm distance with M.S. saddles of size 25X3mm. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 15 6X2.5 Sq. mm 16 4X2.5 Sq. mm 17 2X2.5 Sq. mm 18 Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core. Flat for earthing of main structure, Auxiliary structure,C.T, C.B,B.I,L.I,with by 50x6 MS. Round with newly laid earth mat ‘x’ & ‘y’ axis below 600 mm ground and above by excavation of trenches its back filling, straightening, cutting, bending work also includes painting of M.S earth ship above ground level with one coat of red oxide and two coat of bus green enameled paint, and below ground each earth point raising from main earthmat‘x’ & ‘y’ axis should be painted with bitumen black Japan paint and all other associated work as required to completethe work satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer.
