Work Of Installing Rmu On 11 Kv Feeders Under The Jurisdiction Of Eudc, Moradabad On Semi-Turnkey Basis (Business Plan 2024-25).-2 Supply & fixing of 12kv 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 , BIL 28 KV/75 KV peak, extensible, outdoor duty 3-Way, fully motorised and manually operated Ring Mains Unit originally manufactured by OEM in its factory only, comprising of 02 load break switch and 01 vaccum circuit breaker consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated tank with a provision electromechanical interlock to avoid accidental closure of earthing switch even when cable is in live condition. RMU should be Type Tested for Internal arc of 21 KA for 1 Sec with AFLR classification and gas to be from rear bottom of the switchgear away from the operator to ensure safety of the operating personnel. Suitable Ct 200-50/1 A with microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.)for Protection to be provided with VCB Feeder with right angle boot for termination Kits. All the necessary wirings and Dummy panel/space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibility with SCADA system (Supply of FRTU is not in scope). Battery, Charger etc. for Motorised Operation of RMU to be provided. Complete RMU and its accessories should be suitable for altitude of 100 mtrs above Sea Level. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc. The electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the electrode should be galvanized the characteristics of this compound is highly conductive, nonmagnetic & noncorrosive in G.I. Including providing of backfill compound. Each electrode should be supplied with bags of 25 kg x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested for RMUs installed at above 33/11 KV Substation. 6 Carriage of 11 kv XLPE 3x185 sqmm cable from Store center to various work site loading and unloading both side. distance 1 km to 50 km. 7 Carriage of 11 kv Cable J/Kit (3x185 Sq.mm) Indoor/Outdoor from Store center to various work site loading and unloading both side. distance 1 km to 50 km. 8 Installation of following materials. 9 11 KV HT XLPE Cable 3x185 sqmm 10 11KV I/D Cable Jointing Kit 3x185 sqmm 11 11KV O/D Cable Jointing Kit 3x185 sqmm 12 Making of all HT/LT connections required to energize the line and restoring of electricity supply to consumer properly complete in all respect.
