| 1 | Comphrehensive maintenance of Hanger door Fabric Hoist Up Vertical door product No 37155 size 60000mm x 16000mm with automation system and control panel and as per additional terms and conditionscomplete all asspecified and directed. |
| 2 | Arrangement of manlift/crane for technician to reach the height of installation for maintenance purpose shall be arranged by Contractor. |
| 3 | Cleaning of Fabric Based hoist up door minimum 2 times in a year (Wet Washing) - Water for the wet washing shall be provided by Contractor. |
| 4 | Checking of electrical control panel, including the preventive maintenance of PLC based controller, Touchscreen display, checking of electrical component including replacement of defective material as per site requirement for ensuring proper operation |
| 5 | Checking & repair / replacing of defective bearing / pulley / motor. |
| 6 | Ensuring of alignment of all doors and quarterly rechecking of same ensuring of hoist functioning, safety brakes and repair / replacement of same if required |
| 7 | Rewinding / replacement of Heavy duty / tailor made imported motor installed upto height of 18 meter. |
| 8 | Rrepair of fabric part in case of any accidental damage. |
| 9 | Carryouttest and adjust the auto brake system installed at special purpose motor if needed shall be replaced along with microswitch. |
| 10 | Inspection, repair / replacement of safety arresters installed at individual doors. |
| 11 | Checking of Belt and replacement od same if required. |
| 12 | Checking and maintaining of alignment of mullion. |
| 13 | Checking / replacing / repairing of electrical control cable / wire in the complete system |
| 14 | Preventive maintenance of complete system on monthlybasis should be submitted |
| 15 | Any other maintenance / repair to ensure proper functioning of system at site shoiuld be properly mainteained in complaint register and the same should be signed by User. |
| 16 | The contractor shall visit site and inspect complete hanger door fabric hoistup vertical door product No 37155 size 60000mmX16000mm with automation system and control panel including all connected devices before quoting the bid. The contractor should replace / rectify all defective item in hanger door fabric hoist up vertical door with automation system and control panel in quoted rate . No claim will be accepted against replacement oof defective items of hanger door fabric hoistup vertical door with automation system and control panel complete during contract period. |
| 17 | Note :1.Duringthe period, servicing and repairing will be done as and when required for which no additional charges will be payable to the agency. |
| 18 | 2. The OEM shall depute its engineer’s once in month to inspect the automation systems as a measure of preventive maintenance. |
| 19 | 3. The repair shall be carried out at the location where the automation system is installed. If required,the contractorwill be at liberty to remove the system and handover it to the OEM for further checking and repairs. |
| 20 | 4. The decision for the replacement of any part or component of automation system is solely on OEM and the userdiscretion. Any parts or component of automation system that needs to be replaced/repair will notbe charged separately, the same is included in the AMC |
| 21 | 5. Any parts or component of automation system provided by THE Contractorfor replacement,OEMshall be responsible / liable for the functioning of the automation systems. |
| 22 | 6. The contractorundertakes to maintain all the automations in a proper condition, so as not to affect the working of the automation system. The maintenance and the smooth operation of all the automation system will be contractorsresponsibility, and shallbe in the scope of OEM. |
| 23 | 7. The contractorpersonnel will take utmost care while doing servicing/repairing of the automation but in case any untoward incident occurs leading to the damage of property and/or injuries to the personnel at the site, The contracorshallbe responsible for the same. |
| 24 | 8. The contracor hereby confirm that they shall respond to the give top priority and fast response within 02 hours towards the complaint for Fabric hoist up door under AMC contract. |
| 25 | 9. All arrangements required for height works / man lift / hydra required for maintenance works shall be made byContractor. |
| 26 | 10. Arrangements for all required spares for maintenance purpose shall be provided by Contractor. |
| 27 | 11. If the automation system are renderedin-operational because damage due to mishandling , tempering acacident, negligenceby the department/staff of theuserdepartment or fire,earthquakke , floods or otheracts of nature the contractor reserves the rightto charge for repairs thereof. |
| 28 | 12. The department/user departementshall ensureto maintain the automation systemin a propercondition so as not to affect the working of theautomation system.Operation of all theautomation system will be department/user departmentresponsibilityand shall not bein the scope of the agency. |
