    Tender for Re Conditioning Of 1650 Kw, Ht Motor - STATOR TESTING & SERVICING:Charges towards dismantling the motor, threading out the rotor from the stator core pack, cleaning the stator winding thoroughly using high pressure water, cleaning with special cleaning agent for corona and stressing grading portion, drying out and improving IR value of the windings, conducting necessary tests to ascertain the healthiness of the winding, visual inspecting the stator in all electrical and mechanical parts, preheating, varnishing and baking in oven, applying corona and stress grading varnishes wherever required, finishing varnishes to the stator winding, machining and polishing the slip ring unit, measuring the bearing fitting tolerance both in housing and rotor shaft, tinning the sockets, assembling and testing the above motor 3 ROTOR TESTING & SERVICING :Charges towards cleaning the rotor winding thoroughly using high-pressure water, drying out and improving IR value of the winding, conducting necessary tests to ascertain the healthiness of the winding, clearing the rotor resistance unbalancing and providing new suitable flexible silicon copper cable brazed with rotor winding( if old lead found damages) using 1805 rod and flux using oxy acetylene gas, insulating the brazed portions, end bandings, making end connections, crimping the other end with suitable sockets, blocking the rotor lead through holes on either end with suitable locking material, preheating, varnishing and baking in oven, cleaning the rotor using suitable cleaning agents, applying finishing varnishes to the rotor winding, checking the shaft trueness, machining and polishing the slip-ring unit, measuring the bearing fitting tolerance both in housing and rotor shaft. 4 Charges towards dynamically balancing the rotor
