Wire , Stay wire & Rod, Earth Rod , DB BOX etc.) 9 Supply & Erection of Following Material : 10 Suspension Clamp with N&B 11 Dead End Clamp with N&B 12 Piercing Connectors 13 Stay Insulator/ LT Schakle Insulator 14 Different Size Alluminum Lug 15 Eye-Hook clamp with N&B 16 F-Clamp with N&B 17 X-Arm Holding Clamp with N&B 18 D.P. Clamp with N&B 19 Stone Pad 20 Anti Climbing Device as per RESPO Norms ( with Barbed wire ) 21 Danger Board as per RESPO Norms. 22 Erection of Following Materialincluding the work of complete H.T. fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (With proper Earthing.) 23 Single Pole Structure of 8.5 Mtr PCC Pole 24 Double Pole Structure of 8.5 Mtr PCC Pole 25 Single Pole Structure of 11 Mtr STP Pole 26 Double Pole Structure of 11 Mtr STP Pole 27 Single Pole Structure of 13Mtr STP Pole 28 Double Pole Structure of 13 Mtr STP Pole 29 Stay Set 30 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable (Different Size ) inside HDPE pipe while using HDD Method . 31 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable (Different Size ) inside open trench( Sand & Brick will be provided by contractor ) . 32 Stringing of LT ABC ( Different size) as per RESPO Norms. 33 Installation of DB Box as per RESPO Norms. 34 Laying, Sagging, Stringing, Binding and Jumpering etc. of Weasal/Racoon /DOG conductor on the newly erected pole/ old poleas per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T & P, carries etc. required for proper completion of work. 35 Grouting of Pole as per RESPO Norms ( Cement, Sand , Blast Stone with the ration 1:4:8 will be provided by contractor ) 36 Grouting of Stay SET( Cement, Sand , Blast Stone with the ration 1:4:8 will be provided by contractor ) 37 Repairing of Plinth for 400/250 KVA DT as per RESPO norms. 38 Construction of Fencing with the help of MS Mesh & MS Angel for400/250 KVA D.T. as per RESPO noms . ( All required material will be provided by Contractor with fabrication work. ) 39 Earthing ofD.T. with Earth Rod & Earthing Strip. 40 Guarding between two poles like single / double / Tri / Four Poles etc. to guard LT / 11 Kv / 33 KVLine, Road / River crossing ect. With G.I. wire 6 SWG and G.I. wire 8 SWGincluding fixing of guarding channel with clamp and Nut & Bolts etc. As per relevent drawing . 41 Dismantling of existing 33KV/11 KV / L.T. line and removal of all accessories & fittings from poles, re-rolling of conductor and proper stacking and Cartage of dismantled conductor & accessories from site of work to DVVNL, Store. 42 Dismentlling of Old 11 KV VCB from Control Room and shifting it to Outside control room in Substation premises. 43 Mounting & Installation of 11 KV Incomer Feeder with proper Earthing of Pannel 44 Re-Sagging of Old 11 KV / LT Line 45 Straightening of tilted Single Pole ( PCC & STP ) 46 Re-Nozaling of Old Stay Set. 47 Replacement of Damaged X-Arm / T-off Channel 48 Trimming of tree branches for clearing of Electric Line.
