E-Tender For Sugar Handling With Small Packing Sugar Handling With Small Packing- 1 Bringing empty gunny bags from store to Drier house, marking on the bags 2 Filling, weighing, stitching, numbering & tagging of bags and keeping grade wise in drier house 3 Lifting of sugar bags 4 Lifting of sugar bags form direr house including cartage and stacking in sugar godown up to the height of 40 Bags the stacking can be from front or back door of the godown. 5 Stacking above the height of 40 bags 6 Lifting of sugar bags form direr house including cartage and stacking in wheat godown up to the height of 40 Bags. 7 Loading of sugar bags from godown into trucks & carts etc. 8 During season 2024-25 9 Off season 2024-25 10 Shifting and stacking of sugar bags from one place to other in the same godown 11 Shifting and stacking of sugar bags from one place to other in the other Godown 12 Filling, weighing, stitching, numbering & stacking of brown sugar bags produced during the crushing season 2024-25. 13 Shifting of sugar bags from godown to Mills sale point/ small packing point and its unloading from the tractor and stacking. 14 Re-processing orre-hoppering of the waste or moist sugar produced from hopper or sugar grader as per direction by the sugar sale incharge, 5 % of total production 15 Loading & shifting of the brown sugar bags to the point of melting placewith cartage 16 Loading of the brown sugar bags 17 Melting of the Brwon Sugar Bags 18 shifting of moist sugar produced in the previous seasons upto the place of meltingwith cartridgeand unloading & Loading 19 Melting of waste sugar produced in previous seasons. 20 Insertion of P.P. liner into jute bags (50 kgs.) 21 Sweepingand collecting of spread sugar in the drier house and bagging house(rate per Month) 22 Sweeping and collecting of sugar in the sugar godown from the stack & floor. Filling and weighing of torn bags stitching & stacking of torn bags. The contactor will provide one labour on daily basis for the work (rate per Month) 23 Stacking of sugar bags in sugar house in emergency due to weather and urgency 24 Re- Filling of cut & tornsbags and small bagsof sugar etc., upto 2% of the total production 25 Re-hoppering of sugar bags of previous seasons 26 Filling, Weighing, stitching/ sealing in small pack and loading in the trucks 27 20Kg woven bags (per Qtls.
